comments:

The band identification number may be given, as well as the minimum and maximum wavelengths. The wavelengths are specified in nanometres. The quantization gives the resolution in terms of the number of bits used to define the set of possible values, e.g., 6 implies 64, 8 implies 256, etc. The pixel width and height are given in metres.
