Isoline is used by the surface subclass Isolines. An isoline may relate for example to temperature or rainfall. Note that instances of this subclass must be used as part of an instance of Isolines.
value: value is constant along the arc. The type of numeric value expected is defined under Isolines.
arc: a single arc is provided for an isoline.
form: indicates the kind of isoline, either depression or normal.
