The positional accuracy of the coordinate data is defined by its absolute accuracy and relative accuracy, as well as by remarks. Absolute means with reference to the control information given under the SpatialReferencing subclass or some other specificed source. Relative accuracy means with reference to the other coordinates. (More than one instance of relative accuracy may be given. This may be used for example to state that 95% of the points are within certain bounds, that 90% are within other bounds, etc.) If the accuracy information pertains to a particular class or category of data, i.e., a component of the geographic data under consideration, then classOrCategoryName should be completed.
