The data being sent may be in response to a query or request referenced by a number or ID. Similarly, an ID may be defined for the data being shipped or transmitted. The originator of the data, responsible for sending it, may be stated, as well as the addressee, the one receiving it. The values for originator and addressee may be network addresses, or typical names and/or descriptions, depending upon how the query has been received and how the data is to be sent.
